We do not ask for your name, location or any other personal information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Your email address is used solely to send you updates about CODE ØNE — new releases, drops, merch and announcements. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
We manage and send our newsletter through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), acting as our data processor. Your email address is stored on Brevo's platform for this purpose. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only functional browser storage (described above), which does not require consent.
The music section contains embedded players from YouTube, Spotify and Bandcamp. These load only when you click play. When you do, the provider may set its own third-party cookies. YouTube is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie). Their policies apply:
Shop and social links (Shopify, Fourthwall, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) take you to external websites that are governed by their own privacy policies.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that it is removed from our active mailing list without undue delay.
